Methods of Payment
Advance Payment / Bank Transfer
After you placed your order, you need to transfer the total amount by using a bank transfer formular or directly via online banking. You will receive our bank details and the reason for transfer after you have placed your order. Please also read the information about foreign payment.
PayPal
After you placed your order, a PayPal "Buy Now" button is displayed. As soon as you click the button you will be forwarded to PayPal and can complete your payment instantly. Further information can be found at the PayPal website.
Methods of Shipping
Insured shipping
If you choose an insured method of shipping, the shipment is insured against loss and damage. Should the shipment not arrive or be damaged the goods will be compensated.
Standard shipping
When choosing the standard method of shipping the shipping risk is taken by you being the recipient. In case of loss or damage you have therefore no right for compensation of the goods or value of the goods.
